Melone E Speck – Cantaloupe melon served with sliced aromatic smoked ham & fruit coulis

Minestrone Soup – Vegetables, kidney beans & pasta simmered in a rich tomato broth and scented with rosemary and fresh herbs

Penne Arrabbiata e Pollo - Italian Penne Pasta and free range chicken breast cooked in tomato, garlic & chilli – spicy (can be cooked to suit Vegetarian and Vegan diets)

Gamberoni Imperiale – Butterfly tiger prawns pan fried in olive oil, with a touch of tomato sauce, touch of chilli and garlic served with toasted ciabatta

Insalata Tricolore (VG) – Buffalo mozzarella served with fresh sliced avocado, tomatoes and pesto dressing

Pate All'Arancia – Duck & pork pate with orange and cognac, served on crouton Ciabatta with chutney & salad

Formaggio Di Pecora (VG) - Oven baked goats cheese with beetroot and honey dressing

Trio di Bruschetta - Smoked salmon & soft cheese, prosciutto & mozzarella and the traditional tomato and basil

Pollo Principessa - Supreme of free range chicken served with asparagus in a brandy & cream sauce with shallots

Salmone Al Limone – Pan fried wild salmon fillet served with garlic, lemon and a touch of butter sauce served with an imperial tiger prawn

Sella Di Agnello Vita Bella – Rack of Welsh lamb served pink with minty Chianti jus on a bed of creamy mash

Risotto Ai Porcini e Tartufo Nero (VG or Vegan)– Creamy Italian risotto cooked Porcini mushrooms & black truffle

Linguine Ai Gamberi - Linguine cooked with mixed Atlantic & King prawns in garlic, olive oil, touch of white wine, cherry tomato & a touch of chilli

Melanzana Parmigiana (VG) or Vegan – Layers of sliced aubergine, tomato sauce and basil, topped with Italian cheese and baked in the oven (served with potatoes, carrots & green beans)

Ravioli Ragu - Pasta squares filled with traditional Neapoletan ragu (slow cooked pork & beef) cooked in tomato sauce

Arrosto Di Manzo - Roast sliced beef served with peas mixed with mushrooms & Yorkshire pudding
