£75 per person – Homemade Focaccia & Olive Oil & Balsamic
Starters
- Minestrone soup – Vegetables, kidney beans & pasta simmered in a rich tomato broth and scented with fresh herbs
- Trio di bruschetta – Smoked salmon & soft cheese, prosciutto & mozzarella and the traditional tomato & basil
- Melone E Speck –Canteloupe melon served with sliced aromatic smoked ham, fruits
- Gamberoni Imperiali – Butterfly tiger prawns pan fried in olive oil with a touch of tomato sauce, touch of chilli and garlic served with toasted ciabatta.
- Ravioli al Salmone – Salmon stuffed black pasta cooked in a tomato, basil & brandy sauce with a touch of garlic
Main Courses
- Filetto di Ippoglosso e Gamberoni Imperiale – Pan fried Halibut steak fillet and prawns, splashed in Pinot Grigio wine, a touch of cream and a hint of garlic, topped with a Imperial Tiger prawn
- Pollo Alla Cacciatora – Hunters chicken pieces cooked in a rich tomato sauce with red wine, garlic & rosemary served with aromatic risotto
- Fegato Alla VenezianaFegato Alla Veneziana – Calf’s Liver strips cooked with crispy pancetta & roast shallots dressed with balsamic vinegar reduction served with creamy mash
- Linguine Nere con Gamberoni & Astice – Cuttlefish ink infused linguine cooked with white wine, cherry tomatoes, touch of garlic lobster meat and prawns
- Sides (choose one): – Roast potatoes, cauliflower cheese, carrots & green beans, peas & shallots, Yorkshire pudding

- Panettone al Forno –Italian bread & butter pudding served with custard
